Hi,
I am using the "new" Outlook for Windows. It seems that it is no longer possible to move a folder from a shared mailbox to the favorites folder. This used to be possible in the "old" version. Is this feature gone or am I overlooking something?
Thanks for your help.

“Access to the Shared Mailbox requires the user's credentials and associated permissions.”
Doesn’t sound like favourites, sounds like they want to encourage you to have a password on the mailbox and maybe associate a licence for it.
Good news! But... July!

Is there any update on this? How can Microsoft miss this important option.
If the new Outlook is not fully ready then, stop spams to move to new Outlook. Just leave the option button without prompts. Thanks.
