How to view the to-do bar in the new outlook?

How to view the to-do bar in the new outlook? It is convenient to have the work-day calendar (and/or to-do list) on the side while responding to emails.

For anyone else looking, the To Do is (at least as of now) in the New Outlook view. In the upper right area near the close/minimize/maximize buttosn there's a calendar and checkmark icon next to the notification bell. Hit that and it opens a calendar/to do pane.

    Unbeliavable that Microsoft have removed such functionality, please put it back.

    this is a shame, how on the earth you can change something that was working so well?

    This is going to kill my productivity and I'll never ever switch to the "new" outlook and I'll never use the **** that Microsoft is proposing

    Great Microsoft....

    So now we can see the To Do Bar or like someone else said, whatever you decided to call it in the new version - but with less functionality.

    Thank you for the post, found it do to looking for the steps on how to view this very valuable functionality only to find it doesn't work the same, and cannot see as much info as in the old version.

    Agreed - non-starter, new version welcome to less functionality - awesome research into the user functionality to determine not to add something or make it less functional.

    Reverting back.....

    Gmail have a calendar list that can added on the right too

    Unfortunately it is not available for me. Is it because I do use Gmail instead of MS exchange?

    Can you Microsoft please add tasks also for non Exchange accounts. I'm personally totally fine with being stored only locally and not to be synced anywhere.
