Task bar moved from bottom of screen to the side of screen (I can not figure out how to fix this)

How do I move the task bar (has apps: mail, tasks, calendar, etc.) back to the bottom of the screen? Is this called the task bar? I can't figure out how to restore the settings. See picture.

2022-10-06T05:11:16+00:00 I hate this change. Coming soon I'd gone do there's no way to put these icons back where they belong. Please give us the option to put them where we want them.

2022-10-06T18:54:25+00:00 Hi! I don't even have the Coming Soon option anymore. Any other ideas how to change it back? I rebooted Outlook and it didn't revert.

2022-10-06T19:35:30+00:00 I agree that the location is horrible. Since this is no longer a "coming soon" feature (has been implemented), there is no way to move it back to the bottom (WHERE IT SHOULD BE!) This placement takes a lot longer to access and is horribly inefficient. HATE IT!!!

2022-10-06T20:19:34+00:00 I could not agree more. The location is counterintuitive, and the mouse movement required to go to the outside top corner is a time sucker. In addition, the vertical bar occupying the entire vertical length of the screen needlessly consumes valuable space needed to display folders, message headers, and message previews, especially when the Outlook window is snapped to the far left.
