How do I move the task bar (has apps: mail, tasks, calendar, etc.) back to the bottom of the screen? Is this called the task bar? I can't figure out how to restore the settings. See picture.

This workaround for Outlook worked for me.

It involves changing or creating a registry key.

Go to this site and follow the instructions carefully.
