How do I move the task bar (has apps: mail, tasks, calendar, etc.) back to the bottom of the screen? Is this called the task bar? I can't figure out how to restore the settings. See picture.

Could we get a Outlook Classic option, where the shortcut color is the same shade of yellow it's been for decades, where the navigation bar is on the bottom where it has been for decades... in other words, a version that we are used to that doesn't add changes we don't need?

With all the stress generated by covid, monkey pox, war in the Ukraine, possible war between Chinas, a global recession, and insurrection in the US, please let us use Outlook without pointless cosmetic changes.

This is being done to create space for Microsoft to advertise applications in the future. I bet there will be new icons appearing shortly that you cannot remove.

I completely agree. I get that all changes are met with resistance, etc. and no doubt we will get used to this. But any change where you lose screen space is a massive no for a tool that is meant to enhance workflow.

    This is daft.

    This was a horrible idea...

I do not know why MS feels it can mess with people's view like this. Do you feel it's a good customer experience when you log in and MS has changed your view?

P.S. my "Coming Soon" is turned off and I now know of no way to revert my view.

Thank you for wasting my time.
