Task bar moved from bottom of screen to the side of screen (I can not figure out how to fix this)

How do I move the task bar (has apps: mail, tasks, calendar, etc.) back to the bottom of the screen? Is this called the task bar? I can't figure out how to restore the settings. See picture.

    I have the same issue but Coming soon icon is no longer there, how can I move it back to the bottom?

    Why have you changed it???? Yet another change for the sake of change - dont you idiots understand that every time you change things irts takes time to find and use them - this impacts on time and therefore money????? LEAVE THINGS ALONE

    If Microsoft can inflict Windows 11 on its customers, it's unlikely they are going to listen to those of use who are annoyed by this. There is, however, a fix, as described by Tim Pi on page 4 of this discussion:

    Create a text key in the registry (back it up first!):

    Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\ExperimentEcs\Overrides\Microsoft.Office.Outlook.Hub.HubBar and set its value to False.

    Restart Outlook and all should be well (for now).
