Task bar moved from bottom of screen to the side of screen (I can not figure out how to fix this)

How do I move the task bar (has apps: mail, tasks, calendar, etc.) back to the bottom of the screen? Is this called the task bar? I can't figure out how to restore the settings. See picture.

    The relocation of the task bar in "oulook" is a very bad move.

    The dilusional individual that thought of this move, should have consulted
