How do I change the display name of emails on "New Outlook"?

I have multiple emails that are the same except for a slight change on the end (eg emailaddressone, emailaddresstwo) on New Outlook, I can't distinguish them. Is there a way to change the display name of email accounts and also change the order at which they show up in the list?

    It's unbelievable that there is no way to change it right now. Those who carry out this development should be fired immediately and competent people hired. A pathetic brigade.

    Thsre is no such option in the new Outlook. There is no 'File->Account Setting' !!!!

    This is a pure case of crappy programming. ALSO MISSING is the ability to link accounts into one inbox. I have 12 email accounts, and have to check each one constantly to see if I've missed an email. My iPhone still has that ability, but not the "NEW" outlook. In my opinion, the new outlook is a piece of ****. And trying to switch to the old version does not work. All of the settings have to be manually reentered.

    Microsoft has lost it. They are trying to shove this "New Outlook" down our throats, and it is missing
    so many basic features, it's a crime. Outlook has always been a bit of a nightmare. I have been paying
    for a 365 account, but think it's time to seriously rethink it. Microsoft doesn't care. I've watched
    the forums, and what people are complaining about, like NO UNIFIED INBOX, LIMITED NUMBER OF
    EMAILS YOU CAN ADD, HORRIFIC LAYOUT, ETC, ETC. Microsoft's response is that it's coming, for over a year now.
    Windows mail is still usable, but doesn't work with IMAP very well. And now they're saying Mail is being replaced
    by this "New Outlook" disaster. Sorry, not waiting around for that. Business is Business.

    So, I started looking for an alternative. Check out SPARK MAIL. Been using it for a couple weeks now.
    $16 a month, a bit pricey, but it does everything.. pretty well. Very device friendly as well.
    Just saying.

    Done with Microsoft. All they do is add more useless ****, instead of fixing what their customers
    are calling for.

    The only thing I'd say (which is not helpful I know)

    The new OUTLOOK 2023 seems like a 'Lite' Version. So many useful functions have been stripped from the older variant of outlook.

    Not a very good 'Upgrade' at all, if anything, its a massive downgrade.
