How do I change the display name of emails on "New Outlook"?

I have multiple emails that are the same except for a slight change on the end (eg emailaddressone, emailaddresstwo) on New Outlook, I can't distinguish them. Is there a way to change the display name of email accounts and also change the order at which they show up in the list?

2024-07-24T16:41:12+00:00 Indeed, still no fix. Can't really understand Microsoft. Which is why I am moving out of Outlook altogether. Have started using Thunderbird e-mail client and works really well!
No more long e-mail addresses as Account names. Wake-up Microsoft.

Finally thought it was usable, but no display name on outgoing emails is unacceptable!
I should finally just give up on this and find a 3rd party email app for windows 11. -

I've staved off "New" outlook as long as I can, but as of a couple of months ago, outlook began to force us out of classic, and into "new". One by one, as each one changes, new problems arise, not being able to access old features.
I've attempted to roll some back, with very little success.
A simple name display would be appreciative.

Are you aware that you post "I am outlook user like you" ?? You are not as you dont even know that in NEW OUTLOOK there is no such thing like FILE menu !!!
