Why is my send button showing on the top when I compose emails?

I used to have send and discard buttons on the bottom when I compose, all of a sudden, the send button appears on the top left and discard button is missing. How can I get them back to where they were? FYI, Im using outlook on the web on mac system.

    Microsoft has not responded if ever. This is the worst customer service. I cannot believe this is being disregarded.

    I cannot believe Microsoft is unresponsive to this.

    I cannot continue to work like this. I need that send button back to the bottom along with everything else.

    So many of us are asking for this! Tell us something, anything!

Anyone could share if it works for you?
