My account has been blocked for some reason.

When trying the:

Enter your phone number and we'll send you a security code We'll send a verification code in a text message. This helps us eliminate spam – we won't give out your number. The code will expire in about 10 minutes.

I keep getting: We cannot send a text message to this number.

Tried different mobile numbers, tried from different browsers and PCs Have tried forgetten password, but still keep getting my account blocked.

How do I get the code?

I see lots of other post about this, but none have worked for me.

    Hello,

    Tried all using and Edge browser but still unsuccessful and so sick on the "We cannot send a text message to this number". Could also be a system maintenance or down on Micrsoft's end??? Any other help would be appreciated at this moment as I really need to access my account 😫.

    A live chat would likely be the best if they had one, coz they're number is unreachable either. (800) 865-9408

    I agree...I also have tried all posted/recommended solutions with no success...

    This is a software flaw (bug)....wholly within the Microsoft ecosystem...it amazes me that we as a Microsoft user community have no mechanism to contact technical support...I would like to believe that if Microsoft was aware of the bug they would fix it...

    Same here i cant log in and when i fill out the form they say they can not identify me??
