My account has been blocked for some reason.

When trying the:

Enter your phone number and we'll send you a security code We'll send a verification code in a text message. This helps us eliminate spam – we won't give out your number. The code will expire in about 10 minutes.

I keep getting: We cannot send a text message to this number.

Tried different mobile numbers, tried from different browsers and PCs Have tried forgetten password, but still keep getting my account blocked.

How do I get the code?

I see lots of other post about this, but none have worked for me.

    Hi

I don't think this is an issue with the mobile phone as i'm getting text from other numbers/services.

I'm not getting an option of using the "alternative email address"

Any ideas how I can contact Microsoft? there don't see to be an option to contact them?

    Thanks
