My account has been blocked for some reason.
When trying the:
Enter your phone number and we'll send you a security code We'll send a verification code in a text message. This helps us eliminate spam – we won't give out your number. The code will expire in about 10 minutes.
I keep getting: We cannot send a text message to this number.
Tried different mobile numbers, tried from different browsers and PCs Have tried forgetten password, but still keep getting my account blocked.
How do I get the code?
I see lots of other post about this, but none have worked for me.

Hi! Just replying because this just happened to me! I tried it all and if you are using chrome I believe that is the problem. Use Microsoft Edge to do it and it worked!

No luck for me...I tried doing it from my Samsung phone...
Unfortunately, I only have Edge installed on my computer...so no luck for me...
Just as dan_321 says, I have confirmed that I was able to send a text message once I used the Edge desktop browser. Had tried in Chrome to no avail and was about to call it quits.
Try to login in mobile outlook app(Android/Iphone). When i tried in Desktop computer, even i got the same issue. Then I tried to login to microsoft account in mobile outlook. Then i entered my mobile no, and it sent the security code to my mobile and I have unlocked the account successfully.
