After a recent update the format for the signature creator and editor has changed. I have lost access to all my previous signatures and when I try and recreate a signature with the same name, I am advised it already exists and cannot be over written. How can I access or delete my old signatures?

I have the same issue. I clicked on your link but this is for a MAC. I have a windows computer. This problem continues to happen. My IT department at work cannot fix it. Do you have any ideas to fix this for windows. Also, it happens only in Outlook App. My signatures are still available in the web version. So strange.
I had a signature in "On this device". I copied and pasted to my online account option in the dropdown and after that I could select the signature in the new outlook. Thanks for the help!
