MS Outlook signatures disappeared or missing after Office update

After a recent update the format for the signature creator and editor has changed. I have lost access to all my previous signatures and when I try and recreate a signature with the same name, I am advised it already exists and cannot be over written. How can I access or delete my old signatures?

    Once again thanks for an informative webpage.

    However, it only really covers formatting the layout and reading panes etc. I did however see a mention that the is "no option to Roll back to the Earlier Outlook version".

    So unless there is a fix, my signatures remain unaccusable and more interestingly now any new signature created, must transmit some unhealthy link as all new mails with a new signature are returned with a Mail Delivery System error. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    Once I remove any "newly created" signature, the mail is delivered without a problem.

    All my clients having the same issue across the board, we had signatures push out from the server and now they are in an archive folder. Last update really messed this up. Can use the original signature files :(

    @john could you let me know if this worked for you?

    All my signatures are gone as well. I can see them on signatures - stored on this device, but there is really no way to add them to an email.

    Okay I see, I would recommend to try to use the legacy version instead of the newest version of outlook, to see if the update might have a bug.

    Hi Miguel 

    Many thanks for your prompt attention. I did come across the same posting, however that is for a Mac and my issue is with a PC running Windows 11 Home build number 16.0.15726.2007.

    I have 11 signatures which are no longer available to edit, or even delete so they can be replaced.
