Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Thanks Gabriel, this update has been quite frustrating. It's another job I didn't need on my to-do list.

After a recent update the format for the signature creator and editor has changed. I have lost access to all my previous signatures and when I try and recreate a signature with the same name, I am advised it already exists and cannot be over written. How can I access or delete my old signatures?

@Kirsty
To restore your signatures, you will need to disable the Roaming Signature feature in the registry key as the support page suggested and my signatures returned, along with the previous format of the signature panel.
See the instructions to follow
Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Key Path: Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Setup\
Value Name: DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle
Value Type: 1
More details are available in this article, Outlook roaming signatures - Microsoft Support.

Hi Gabriel
Many thanks for the link.
I disabled the Roaming Signature feature in the registry key as the support page suggested and my signatures returned, along with the previous format of the signature panel.
For those also in this thread, see the instructions to follow
Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Key Path: Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Setup\
Value Name: DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle
Value Type: REG_DWORD
Value Data:1
However, toggling back to 0 brings back the the Roaming Signature panel, however none of my signatures are shown and therefore I am unable to associate them to an account. Additionally, my non MS Exh accounts do not have any associated signatures showing in the new panel. Therefore, do I assume I should raise App ticket (Help Contact Support)?
In the meantime I can continue with the Roaming feature temporarily disabled.
Many thanks, John
John,
Read over this article, Outlook roaming signatures - Microsoft Support. It explains the new roaming signatures. Your current signatures should be under Signatures on this device. You will need to create new signatures and copy those to the new ones. After this you should not have to deal with it again. Please read the full article to understand what all to expect.
If you don't see Signatures on this device then that is unexpected. If that happened please submit an In App ticket (Help Contact Support) if that is an option to investigate it further.
