MS Outlook signatures disappeared or missing after Office update

After a recent update the format for the signature creator and editor has changed. I have lost access to all my previous signatures and when I try and recreate a signature with the same name, I am advised it already exists and cannot be over written. How can I access or delete my old signatures?

    You have to create a signature for each email account you have using the drop-down E-mail account in the Signatures and Stationery. Open a new email and select Signature button then select signatures. I had to recreate most of my signatures, as I have several email accounts with several signatures each.

    I actually recreated one of mine, but can't get the logo in to be a part of it!!

    Hi Gabriel,

    I too have this issue, however when I follow the registry path in the article I do not see "DisableRoamingSignaturesTemporaryToggle".

    I am using Outlook on Microsoft 365 Apps for business subscription, and there are no updates to install. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19044 Build 19044.

    Any suggestions please? The issue with signatures is intensly annoying!

    Found them!

    If you have more than 5 email accounts, when you select the drop-down E-mail account menu in signatures you won't see the "Signatures on this device" option unless you scroll down. You have to copy & paste the signature to the email account you want it associated with. This has to be a different name than the original. You can rename it after you have deleted the original. This is only required if you don't want to scroll down every time you want to edit a signature from a specific email account. Otherwise, you can just edit in the "Signatures on this device" section.

    Weird that it makes 4 copies of the signature in the "Signatures on this device section". Microsoft really messed up something so simple that people use every day just to get signatures across all devices using Outlook.

    BTW, using a right click in a signature section of an email will list your signatures. My signatures also still showed up when selecting the signature button during email creation.

    I thought that might be the case. I created the key. Signatures are still not showing up. When trying to create it still says name exists.

    Funny thing is, when right clicking in an email all the signatures are still available for use. They are just no longer editable.
