Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Thats way too much work. Microsoft should have figured a way to do this for us. Im not jumping through hoops for their "New Outlook"

After a recent update the format for the signature creator and editor has changed. I have lost access to all my previous signatures and when I try and recreate a signature with the same name, I am advised it already exists and cannot be over written. How can I access or delete my old signatures?

Hi, Grant. You can try my solution at the bottom of page 4 of this thread. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/ms-outlook-signatures-disappeared-or-missing-after/b58e38d7-ca09-4e47-b094-65b0ee462c40?page=4

The new and 'improved Outlook deleted all of my email signatures. Thanks a lot! How do I get them back without hand doing it all. Really Microsoft - thats a bummer.
There's a reason why millions of people are so unhappy (understatement) with Microsoft for constant idiotic problems like this. I run a business. I had to stop all workflows because all signatures and intellectual property warning boxes had disappeared. We have lost revenues and client communications today. The entire insert menu is completely grayed out now and signatures have all disappeared and we are expected to edit the registry to fix this???? This is the very definition of incompetency. After writing 6 cover stories for national publications on cybersecurity and interviewing some of the top experts in the U.S., I am not a fan of any remote storage arrangements. Yet, we are forced to accept this arrangement or our workflows have to stop and business comes to a halt. If anyone has a solution that does not require editing the registry or referring to a third-party website, please let me know. I am at the point where my efforts to update software, in order to patch security vulnerabilities, may not be worth the resulting trouble.
UPDATE: It appears that once I am logged into my MS account, the insert menu items return. Also, I redid my most-used signature and saved it and my alternate signature also appeared after signing in. Because I don't like to remain signed in, this is not the best solution.
