'File' and other toolbars in new Outlook 2023

Please advise where I can find File and other toolbars such as Insert, Reference, etc in Outlook?. Currently I'm only seeing Home, View and Help toolbars.

    Hello,

    I have Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise

    Word is version 2308. My apps are version. I'm using the new outlook and am having trouble with formatting. When i copy and paste from another document, I just copy or copy as text. When I copy the formatting is the original formatting. When I try to make it consistent with my outlook email, I'm unable to do so. For ex: I am unable to select Arial even though Arial is my default font. The bulleting is not working either. When I click a sentence to add a bullet, the bullet appears in the middle of the first word. And I am unable to see the File button which is where so many answers to questions in this forum suggest you go to. This is a pain! t

    Are you right-click paste or ctrl+V?

    Is the message format plain text or html?

    I have fallen back on the Office 16 version of Outlook. It works reliably for me with my existing btinternet e-mail address. I could not find any way to add this to the 365 integrated version: no tab or three dots etc. I read elsewhere that Microsoft are now only allowing gmail additions to the 365 Outlook, but Bing claims btinternet should work. My gmail address certainly works on the 365 version.

    Only outlook.com / Microsoft 365 business and Gmail addresses are currently supported in the new outlook. It also doesn't support offline use.
