Please advise where I can find File and other toolbars such as Insert, Reference, etc in Outlook?. Currently I'm only seeing Home, View and Help toolbars.

New Outlook doesn't have that specific option - but other settings are in the View tab > View settings.
New Outlook is Outlook on the web in an app framework - you have the same options and settings in it that you have in new Outlook.
Nobody seems to understand what the issue is...I have the same problem, can't access the file tab/menu anywhere in the new outlook and there's no way to export calendars...MICROSOFT PLEASE HELP!
Microsoft is doing everything they can to lose customers to Google. I have a gmail account, but I like to use the original NOT on-line outlook email client. As soon as Microsoft switches to the new, function-disabled Outlook, I'm 99 44/100% sure I'm going to ditch my Office 365 subscription, a Microsoft revenue stream, to freeware, and as well ditch Edge for Firefox Mozilla. I really ought to switch to Linux while I'm at it. Get rid of the garbage.

Hello - I am trying to find more of the options that the old outlook has that the new one doesnt seem to have. I keep reading when I go to the gear (Settings) in the top right and click on this and then click on the account I want to manage there should be an option of 'View Outlook Settings'. This is not there for me. I cannot seem to locate 'View Outlook Settings' anywhere in the new outlook. I am trying to find the import and export option and cannot locate this.
