'File' and other toolbars in new Outlook 2023

Please advise where I can find File and other toolbars such as Insert, Reference, etc in Outlook?. Currently I'm only seeing Home, View and Help toolbars.

    My screen doesn't look like that - is this screenshot form the web versions or desktop app, please? Really frustrated with this so-called 'upgrade' which has turned off so many functions needed to work - we're regretting moving from Google

    I am attempting to import my WLM Calendar for which I have managed to create a .ics file for. My Calendar was not shown in my WLM online version ( something to do with POP3 vs IMAP when I set it up 12 years ago)
