outlook.live.com quick actions moved to far right of email and I can't move them back beside Sender/From and Subject.

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.

I hope that someone in the news media will look into this more closely and perhaps at least get an explanation.

    ****?? Since when can't they be reversed? I'm no software engineer, but I call total B.S. on that! How arrogant.

    At least Microsoft responded directly to you. That's the first time I've seen anyone say anything more than to file a complaint.

    That reply came from a Support Agent, not someone on the outlook.com team.

    It means that users cannot reverse the change.

    It does not mean that the outlook team won't respond to feedback and roll back the change.

    It also doesn't mean that they will.

    Sorry, misinterpreted what the agent said. lets hope some of these complaints make an impression on them, but not holding my breath.

So there are some mixed messages here, she's giving hope, the other guy is saying 'no way'. I've got to assume that these people have been in touch with the actual engineers? But maybe not!<br><br>I'm hoping to get a reply sometime from the Globe and Mail tech reporter. I wrote to a few days ago.
