Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
In-line with today's social media trends, it appears the only way Companies respond is when complaints go public/viral, i.e. Twitter. Given the lack of corporate interaction here in this thread, apparently forums are not given the respect or attention they are deserved. The following is Microsoft's official Support handle on Twitter: @MicrosoftHelps. I've scanned the account and apparently Microsoft responds to those complaints almost immediately. Please issue your complaints on Twitter, @MicrosoftHelps. Maybe we'll be heard there.
After 15 years of avoiding having a Twitter account, I just now created one and Tweeted to @MicrosoftHelps asking them to either revert the change or allow us to choose the Quick Actions location ourselves. Won't you join me in Tweeting them? It can only help our collective situation. Please take action now while it's fresh.
