outlook.live.com quick actions moved to far right of email and I can't move them back beside Sender/From and Subject.

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.

Thanks

I am just in disbelief. I can't even imagine what was going through the devs head when they made this decision. Do they even USE Outlook???

Same sentiments as everyone here. The move of QUICK action icons to the right is nonsensical. It's not quick!!!!! PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK, I'M TRYING TO WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This change was a mistake. The quick actions need to be as close as possible to the fields that allow you to identify the email you are acting on. Before, quick actions were overlayed between sender and subject, which was perfect because all the relevant information was in place on the display. Now I have to move the mouse to the far right of the screen (after the received field), then track my eye back along the row to the sender and subject to check that I am still on the right email, and then click on the quick action I want. I feel this change was approved by someone in their 20's, with a steady hand and eyes that can focus a lot quicker than mine can.

Try clicking on the ? at the top beside your name. When that opens, look to the bottom...you should see Feedback | Terms of use | Privacy & Cookies
