Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Whoever decided to move the quick action icons should be fired! They are extremely inconvenient at the end of the line (after"received") Please move it back to beside the name.

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.
Thanks

I agree this was a terrible UI design change. At least it should be customizable by the user. Please let me know if this is corrected in the future!
This change happened while I was looking at my email, and I thought I clicked on something, inadvertently changing the column order. No, info popup to explain the insane reorder of columns, nothing. I searched desperately for the last hour trying to revert to the original order and now that I see someone purposely did this, I'm livid!
WHY?! So you can make it that much harder to weed 💩emails so you don't exceed the 15 gb limit, forcing us to give up and pay a stupid sub fee?!
M$ sucks as usual. Just giving us more of a reason to find a more reasonable software solution. I've had M$ live.com email for years and this IS A DEAL BREAKER, IMO... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I, too am angry about this, going all the way to the right is so counterintuitive! What were they thinking???!!!
Where exactly is the Help icon, and "?" I can't seem to locate.
