outlook.live.com quick actions moved to far right of email and I can't move them back beside Sender/From and Subject.

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.

Thanks

This. It feels like they are trying to be more like Google to ease migration for Google users.

Sadly, the location of the Quick Action buttons is the main reason I like(d) Outlook M365 over Google/Gmail. I never used the Google version of quick actions for that reason.

I agree with everyone here that moving the quick actions was terrible layout choice and it because a useless feature on my large work monitor since the mouse has to travel so far to the right that I lose track of what email I'm highlighting.

I've sent feedback from the outlook.live browser page. Hopefully enough of us complain that they either correct this or give us the option to customize the quick actions in the location of our choice.

Abysmal decision. It used to be very convenient to scan & delete unwanted messages. Now way out on the right, makes it extremely awkward. We DON'T LIKE THIS! MS, is anybody listening?

Add me to the list of users who find this change to be very detrimental.
