My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.

Thanks

I find it interesting that no Microsoft Support Personnel have chimed in on this issue. I believe that they should change their name to MicroShaft! I am seriously pi$$ed of at this indiscriminate UI change. If I wanted gmail, I wouldn't be using Outlook!

I use this account for work and this new change has really slowed down my day and productivity. Please restore the previous UI with the always seen quick action buttons or at least provide an option for the user to do so. I've already submitted feedback regarding it.

Choose settings / mail/ customize actions and quick actions should be at top. Uncheck all quick actions and click save at the bootom. Did you click save after making the change? After the change, any pin or flag icons already set on a message should appear in the old location on that message but they will not be actionable (not clickable). The icons are only being displayed when you set the attribute like pin or flag. You have to use right click on the email message and choose the action you want from the context menu (.e.g. pin, flag, delete, move etc.). That's all I have ...

Brian thanks for bringing this up

Terrible decision. This is totally inefficient. both time consuming and causes errors in deleting wrong email

why have quick action buttons if they are way over on the right?
