outlook.live.com quick actions moved to far right of email and I can't move them back beside Sender/From and Subject.

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.

Thanks

There's at least 1 more thread about this same issue.

MS, please take note and revert to the previous design. It worked fine.

This is a step backwards for productivity. Please stop trying to be Google.

I'm changing the quick actions settings to remove all quick actions. What this accomplishes is that quick action icons revert to the space at the end of from and before subject just as the description in settings shows. To set an action on an email which now has no quick actions just right click that email for the action context menu. To remove an action icon, same thing, just right click for the context menu of that email.

Also note that you can just use a right click by itself without altering quick actions settings. Display remains on the right though.
