outlook.live.com quick actions moved to far right of email and I can't move them back beside Sender/From and Subject.

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.

    SO TRUE!!!!

    I had a hard time figuring out how to get this far because of learning the lingo to be able to search for help. I ALSO sifted through my settings trying to FIX it. I'd lay odds that for every person in this forum another dozen are also pissed off but haven't made it here.

    Microsoft is saying "Let them eat cake" as a previous poster mentioned. We are screwed, and they DO NOT CARE. MANY of us have sent feedback, yet we're getting nothing but crickets.

    This change is a dealbreaker. We should start looking into an alternative to Hotmail/Outlook 365. (And don't say Gmail ... it is MUCH worse!)

    Usually when a mod is made, it's to improve efficiencies and/or performance. This change is the complete opposite. Sometimes the status quo is needed other times even necessary but changing for the sake of change in this instance is not providing the impetus you are hoping for. Resort back!

    This move doesn't make sense especially with more and more people getting wide monitors. It's now faster to use the action bar at the top than to get my mouse all the way to the right side of my screen to use the "quick" action buttons. If they really wanted to move them they should have moved all the way to the left in-front of the sender.

    So, guys, is this it? Is Microsoft going to totally ignore 19 pages of 100% negative comments by Users and Feedback? Maybe this Help forum is just here to give the illusion that they are receptive to changing anything a unanimous number of customers absolutely HATE. Is there no one from Microsoft monitoring the Feedback being logged on these "help" Forums? Seems like a silent "Let them eat cake" is the response.
