outlook.live.com quick actions moved to far right of email and I can't move them back beside Sender/From and Subject.

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.

    Perhaps this is why I have NEVER use them even if I'm in Gmail since mid 00s. I'm not sure I even remembered they existed until I read your comment.

    Just roll back the change or at least make it configurable so that we can have an option to move quick actions to wherever we want. The new layout is just horrible. I am not sure who was the genius who thought moving quick actions to the far right was a good idea. Well it's a horrible idea.

    I agree with you, I read the merged thread, and don't see where the relevance is - -that other issues seems distinct from this one.

    Doesn't inspire confidence in the MS tech support if they're conflating these issues ... just put the quick icons BACK WHERE THEY WERE and we'll all be OK again .... (sigh).
