Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
In-line with today's social media trends, it appears the only way Companies respond is when complaints go public/viral, i.e. Twitter. Given the lack of corporate interaction here in this thread, apparently forums are not given the respect or attention they are deserved. The following is Microsoft's official Support handle on Twitter: @MicrosoftHelps. I've scanned the account and apparently Microsoft responds to those complaints almost immediately. Please issue your complaints on Twitter, @MicrosoftHelps. Maybe we'll be heard there.
Here is the Microsoft Reply from my twitter message:
Microsoft Support sent you a Direct Message.
Hi, Michael! Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that you want to have the quick actions in Outlook(dot)com be moved back beside Sender/From and Subject. We appreciate the reference that you provided regarding the issue. Let me share some information related to your concern. Currently, there is no setting to get the buttons in the message list back between From and Subject. In the meantime, I'd suggest you submit your feedback regarding this update. Please go to https://t.co/aIJpcuweKi select the question mark icon at the top right and then select Feedback. This way, you can tell us what's working well, if there are problems with our products, or if you have ideas about new functionality that would improve your experience. We hope this helps. Keep safe and have a good one! Wella
