outlook.live.com quick actions moved to far right of email and I can't move them back beside Sender/From and Subject.

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.

    This now has 7200 views, but that is only the people who managed to find the forum. There have to be millions who do not like this change but have no idea how to voice their disapproval. Poor decision about UI and even worse customer service.

    Microsoft knew we'd roll over and die, and that's what we did.

    In reality, there is nothing we can do but complain. It's their party and they can do what they want. Why would they make a move that seems to have no benefit to their customers and users, and only causes a great deal of unhappiness? Your guess is as good as mine. But the fact is we live in a Monopoly World here, where the players control the market and is little choice in platforms to switch to. I think it's extremely arrogant and abusive for Microsoft to act like this, but it's what they do, as does Apple and Google. I hate Gmail and Yahoo even more than Outlook, and have heard horror stories from friends and relatives about other Server platforms like Comcast.
