Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Thanks Rob. What you documented is what I've been doing since the change and it's about the best we can do. FWIW, I would love to know the reasoning behind the change. I was in IT before I retired and helped BETA-test a lot of software. I *know* 100% there was a reason behind the move, I'd just like to know what it was. Knowing would make me feel a little better about this whole thing, if that makes any sense. I too am really bothered by the fact there was no official reply from MS, even via one of the Moderators here, about this change. It's super disheartening because I really do love my Microsoft products and am a very long-time user from back in the 80s. MS 365 is at the core of my processes, and I've been a Outlook and Hotmail subscriber from the start (my email is @msn.com)! Do better Microsoft.
