Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

outlook.live.com quick actions moved to far right of email and I can't move them back beside Sender/From and Subject.

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.

2022-07-19T21:41:05+00:00 I'm reaching a 'tipping point' as well. Nearly jumped to only Linux when Win 7 support ended. 10 is no improvement in my opinion, maybe worse in some ways. 11 has plenty of detractors. Since I have a very capable machine - but not Win 11 capable - it's definitely going to be a Linux machine.
