Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Same problem here... I've just got that update and I don't like it.

My outlook.live.com quick actions moved to the far right of subject and received column and I can't move them back beside sender and subject. The quick actions appear on far right of email. I went to Mail - Customize actions -Quick actions. The template shows them on right but the screen narrative shows "Quick actions appear beside sender names and subject lines in your message list". Please help me get the quick actions back to between From (Sender Name) and Subject.
Thanks

I've entered feedback for 3 days complaining about the change. I was assured by a customer service rep that by lodging a complaint in Feedback they would change it back within 24 hours. I have received no response. Not only did they make the change withhout asking, "they" are refusing to respond to their customers.
I really do not like this change. Even when I go to the right for these quick actions there is no "Pin to the top" option. This was very important for me to remember items to follow up on. Why????
Put them where they were. Who the f desings UI these days?
Put them back between sender and subject, or let the user choose the position.
And also hire better ui designers.
