I have multiple inboxes flowing into my Outlook clients on MacOS, iOS, formerly Windows 10, but now can't find that functionality for a joint inbox in my Windows 11 version. Please help!

In the year 2023 there is no justification for this.

From within Outlook, if I type unified mailbox or something similar into the help tool, it brings up a help topic that shows exactly how to do this. But it doesn't work, and the instructions aren't even for the version of Outlook I am using. I am betting that the help tool went through 47 alpha and beta testers before it was released, and nobody caught it. This reflects poorly on Microsoft.

People have been complaining about this issue for a long time. Third parties have made it work. Microsoft has made it work for other operating systems and other versions of Outlook. I am betting that Outlook went through 47 review sessions before it was released, and nobody caught it. This reflects poorly on Microsoft.

I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but I received an invitation from Microsoft yesterday to fill out a survey on my experiences so far. The invitation contained typographical and formatting errors. At a company the size of Microsoft, I am betting that this email went through 47 levels of approval before it was sent out, and nobody caught it. This reflects poorly on Microsoft.

When I work in Excel or SQL Server or any other Microsoft product at this point, I can't help but wonder if the same level of quality control has been applied to all of the functions going on behind the scenes. Did Excel go through the same QC teams that Outlook did? Can I just blindly trust that the mathematical functions are working correctly? Do the 'help' tools actually correlate to the version of Excel that I am using?

Am I off base here? Am I expecting too much?

The Windows Mail app has this feature. Why is it being superseded by an application that does not?
