How to add the 'All Accounts Inbox' in Outlook for Windows 11

Unbelievable that Microsoft is spending millions in promotions for Outlook instead of solving a major feature that everybody needs. Going back to Gmail because of this.

I guess you mean you are happy to be back in the Apple ecosystem and I fully understand why. Outlook (New) is just the latest Microsoft dog's breakfast that doesn't offer what the user wants and just doesn't work properly. It's as if all of Microsoft's programming teams are arts graduates who have been given the brief that it doesn't matter if it works properly or not, just as long as it's "a visual experience". It's certainly that alright, just not one I'd would like to repeat - I'm sticking with Mailbird.

Microsoft - the company that never fails to frustrate and disappoint me... I wouldn't care, but they had it almost spot on in the 90's with Outlook Express but it's been all downhill since. I'd suggest that Microsoft worked on an updated version of Outlook Express (New) with just a few functional and security fixes - no bells, whistles, gongs and drums that no-one wants, just a clean, intuitive, reliable, functional email client, with a good search function plus good contacts and calendar add-ins, but I would fully expect them to make a complete and utter hash of it...

Clearly everyone is wasting their breath here, Microsoft has not for some unfathomable reason even seen fit to comment on the tens of thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) of requests for this feature for many years now. Just find software that 1. works in the way EVERYBODY clearly wants, and 2. is developed by a company that actually wants you to use it.

As has been said many times, nearly every other mail client has this feature so pick one and save yourself the stress of trying to get microsoft to respond.

I personally have been using EM client for around 10 years. Every time I buy a new machine I check to see if Microsoft have resolved this issue (because it would be nice to have a client that integrates natively) before installing a third party client but they never do, so I stick with EM client. I think it is similar to thunderbird, but as I say pick any, they pretty much all offer a combined inbox.

I have changed my stack computer to Windows 11 with laptop still on 10. I can run my Virgin Media

e-mails but not any .co.uk ending mails. I cannot add a new e-mail on any device now, including G mail. HELP!
