I have multiple inboxes flowing into my Outlook clients on MacOS, iOS, formerly Windows 10, but now can't find that functionality for a joint inbox in my Windows 11 version. Please help!

This is ridiculous.... I don't know why they have to reinvent the wheel. Don't change **** that works, just to have something "new"

I have the same problem with MS Outlook 2019 professional Plus, recently bought and installed.

I have on my older laptop Ms Outlook 2007- perfect and easy to use.

I also cannot merge all inboxes into one for my 5 emails accounts.

Plus when importing email pst files ( emails from my old laptop into the new one) they are in wrong folders. Very frustrated and time consuming!

Will loading the email here as pop instead of the current IMAP resolve this problem of separate inboxes?

    Thanks for your help.

    Rauf

Are you saying, Microsoft's own software doesn't have an "All Accounts" section in the Outlook inbox view - as it has currently and from memory always had on Mac?!

If that's the case, my mind is blown.

Correct. Outlook even has a unified inbox in the android version. Microsoft Mail, the junior version of Outlook, also has a unified inbox but that program is scheduled for demolition. Almost every competing email client has the feature. I guess Microsoft just doesn't give a s...
