How to add the 'All Accounts Inbox' in Outlook for Windows 11

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

Outlook for Windows has never had a <Unified Inbox> regardless ot the verson of Outlook or Windows.

The only way to have all email accounts deliver emails to the same <Inbox> would have been if the accounts were configured as POP accounts which allows for POP accounts to the same PST file to deliver to a single <Inbox>.

IMAP & Exchange accounts will always have their own <Inbox> folders and that cannot be changed.

Is this Windows 11 system a new machine by chance and you configured the accounts in Outlook by just entering the email address / password for the email accounts? The would result in Outlook configuring the account(s) using IMAP (or Exchange if applicable) by default.

To see how you accounts are configured, from within Outlook, o to

<File> --> <Account Settings> --> <Account Settings> --> <Email> tab

If you still have your Windows 10 system with Outlook installed, would do the same and compare how the accounts are configured

I might be mistaken then about my windows 10 machine. Seems so odd that Outlook on Apple OSes can do things it can't do on Microsoft OSes though?

I just migrated from MacOS to MS Surface Pro 9.

Are you saying, Microsoft's own software doesn't have an "All Accounts" section in the Outlook inbox view - as it has currently and from memory always had on Mac?!

If that's the case, my mind is blown.

And if that's the case...why?

Yeah I'm not happy either.

That feature works flawlessly on the app for android phone. makes easy especially when using the focused and other inbox, can quickly weed through the ****.
