I have multiple inboxes flowing into my Outlook clients on MacOS, iOS, formerly Windows 10, but now can't find that functionality for a joint inbox in my Windows 11 version. Please help!

What's interesting is I just installed it on my macbook and Outlook for MacOS DOES have an All Account accordion, with Inbox, Drafts, Archive, Sent, Deleted, Junk, Outbox, and Snoozed under it. It seems like it exists for every device besides native Windows lol. Flabbergasting indeed.

I'm new to this thread--came upon it when doing a google search for how to add a unified in-box to PC version of MS365 Outlook app. I'm also flabbergasted that the feature doesn't exist, especially considering that I can do this on my Android Phone Outlook App. I decided to use the work-around mentioned earlier to put all Inboxes individually into my Favorites section, so at least I can see when different accounts have new mail without scrolling thru all accounts.

There was an earlier comment that MS has a junior team working on MS Outlook. That's almost certainly true. What engineer or marketing high-flier would want to work on a legacy product? As an engineer myself, I'm certain that it would not be difficult to add this feature, nor is it likely to add bugs. But the development team likely gets credit for fixing outright bugs and not creating new ones. Very unlikely that they get any credit for adding new features.

In any case, I'd like to add my voice to this group: "MS--Time to add a unified in-box!"

I do see now when I open Outlook on my windows device, there is an updated version and I believe it mentioned something about email improvements

    So maybe it's there finally.

Just found this thread, after a number of years in another email client, I returned to Outlook to unify exchange, IMAP accounts together as my old client was no longer viable. How is there no unified inbox view???????? My android app does this perfectly, I go to Windows of all places to find that it's a disaster.

Gabest's suggestion does at least let you access your inboxes at the top of the pane in quick succession, but like he/she says, it's slow, and it's still not UNIFIED.

    Microsoft, what are you doing?
