How to add the 'All Accounts Inbox' in Outlook for Windows 11

After reading this i added each of my inboxes to the favorites tab. Not unified but at least all together as three inboxes

I guess you mean you are happy to be back in the Apple ecosystem and I fully understand why. Outlook (New) is just the latest Microsoft dog's breakfast that doesn't offer what the user wants and just doesn't work properly. It's as if all of Microsoft's programming teams are arts graduates who have been given the brief that it doesn't matter if it works properly or not, just as long as it's "a visual experience". It's certainly that alright, just not one I'd would like to repeat - I'm sticking with Mailbird.

Microsoft - the company that never fails to frustrate and disappoint me... I wouldn't care, but they had it almost spot on in the 90's with Outlook Express but it's been all downhill since. I'd suggest that Microsoft worked on an updated version of Outlook Express (New) with just a few functional and security fixes - no bells, whistles, gongs and drums that no-one wants, just a clean, intuitive, reliable, functional email client, with a good search function plus good contacts and calendar add-ins, but I would fully expect them to make a complete and utter hash of it...

Unbelievable that Microsoft is spending millions in promotions for Outlook instead of solving a major feature that everybody needs. Going back to Gmail because of this.

I think everyone is as mad as hell about this. I grew up with Outlook Express and it evolved into a pretty good email program, (with a consolidated inbox irrespective of the IMAP/POP3 account setting - that's nothing to do with it). Outlook Express was then replaced with Windows Live Mail which wasn't as good as OE, but it did have a consolidated Inbox! Forget the various bits of useless rubbish that were the OS mailers, then we get the utter dog's breakfast which is Outlook(New)... I've just spent half a day looking for the non-existent consolidated inbox.

For goodness sake - it's not rocket science! That's a basic requirement for a mail program! I assume that Microsoft think that no-one would want more than one email address (and that would have to be a Microsoft one)...🙄

The whole concept, (Focused - **** is focused??), is amateurish, illogical and unhelpful. None of it comes anywhere near as easy and practical to use as Outlook Express which was released in 1996.

This has bothered me for a decade now. Ever since Microsoft purchased Accompli and branded it Outlook for iOS and Android. It truly is absurd to have this feature everywhere except for their flagship OS... I don't think Microsoft uses this forum to drive product development.
