Can you print a draft email in the New Outlook?

We are staying with the old as well.

My issue is that I'm given a list of expenses for a number of clients and we are paperless, thus I need a .pdf copy for each client file. What I normally do is set it up for reply so that I can cut/paste and print to .pdf. For instance - if I have Joe, Sam, and Sally client expenses, from the reply draft, I'll cut Joe and Sam information, and then print Sally to her file; then go back and cut Sally and paste Joe and print; and finally cut Joe and paste Sam and print his - all to .pdfs in their file.

I, as all of you, do not have time to mess with all the workarounds with the new version, including drag an email to the desktop/client file in Word; move to the next email while in an email, etc. Those are just a few I came across while attempting to learn it last year and am dreading having to use it.

My complaint with this and the dragging emails, advancing to next email, etc. is all the workarounds that are time consuming to do, once you figure them out - hopefully the new version will not become mandatory. My firm is still using the old one.

I had not thought of that simple solution. Originally the email was used as a template with variables altered as/when needed. By preparing a Word Doc and attaching that file to messages, it works very well, but for just general [1 off messages] your solution workaround is logical, but I had hoped the programing Gurus could have incorporated a simpler method, containing all the security covers required. :)

Hi Mark after almost 5 months from original 'query' I will not hold my breath for this problem to be resolved. I have tried using the new 'Outlook' Mail but give up in frustration with that too. Maybe another Mail program from another developer may be an answer, but I don't have the time to pursue that one, so ho hum, will just muddle along with what we have....I guess the sun will come up in the morning, at least that is something we can rely on.....
