I noticed that all my calendars were gone in the Android calendar app and found the reason is, for some reason, the option to sync calendars for my outlook.com account has been turned off in the Outlook app. I turn it back on and within minutes my calendars are populated again, but then hours later it gets turned off again. This started happening in the past few weeks.
Anyone else having this problem?

You don't allocate a ticket, MS do that in response to your message to them about the issue. It's more of a Helpdesk process, and helps them cross charge cost of work to users.
I tried to do this but could not actually find a way of setting up a support ticket on the Microsoft site.
I am not, but I do use Business Calendar which sits on top of the default Samsung/Android Calendar. However no other calendars are losing the sync except for Outlook/O365.
I'll give this a try, would not be the first time I need to do this to resolve application issues.
I'll also give this a try - have just applied these settings now on my S21. Fingers crossed.
I won't say this is a 100%, but I haven't had it automatically turn off yet after a few day by removing all but one email from the outlook client.
