I am using the New Outlook and when I log in and click on a message and try to view it, I get an access denied message. Yesterday, I was told that I had to log in but I wasn't given that option. Today, I just get an access denied message with no log in recommendation.
I am an Office 365 Home subscriber, using Windows 10. I can get my Outlook messages by loading Outlook through Office 265.

From here Cannot send or receive emails with Outlook 365 - Account is IMAP, I - Microsoft Community if I understand correctly only the 'business' New Outlook can be used.
I've migrated to Gmail....
I asked this question a year or so ago, tried everything listed here, only thing that worked was using the old outlook, I searched for it on pc, and it came up with two outlooks. since then, I have had no issues,
