I am using the New Outlook and when I log in and click on a message and try to view it, I get an access denied message. Yesterday, I was told that I had to log in but I wasn't given that option. Today, I just get an access denied message with no log in recommendation.
I am an Office 365 Home subscriber, using Windows 10. I can get my Outlook messages by loading Outlook through Office 265.

I turned of the new outlook going back to mail. It asked me to log on to that and did so no problem then switched backed to new outlook. So far its sorted itself.
This worked perfectly! Thank you very much.

I closed new outlook and signed into old outlook. Once there it triggered an update. I then went back to new outlook and it appears to be working fine now.
