Access Denied in New Outlook

I am using the New Outlook and when I log in and click on a message and try to view it, I get an access denied message. Yesterday, I was told that I had to log in but I wasn't given that option. Today, I just get an access denied message with no log in recommendation.

I am an Office 365 Home subscriber, using Windows 10. I can get my Outlook messages by loading Outlook through Office 265.

    I agree . Useless. I'll be contacting them again. They said last tiem still under developement!!.

    I have to go into view the click sync to get emails that load automatically in the good old Mail App. Might just use the Aol browser instead.

    Yeah, thats ****. Over a year and still not fixed. Time to go Thunderbird.

    BUT NOW ... 🤔Since the UPDATE (27-8-2024 = already about 2 weeks ago) that came to my NEW Outlook, there has not once been an ACCESS DENIED error or a SIGN IN request during my daily use.

    My computer has Windows 11 Pro 23H2. 😁👍💻

    It felt like, it looked like and it almost was solved. BUT...........not.

    You know, I am working on diesel engines that make the world go around.

    If I **** up like MS is doing now, I am out of a job, no my company will be out of business.

    But MS? too big to fail/fall ? looks like it. But the day will come. Read my lips....

    In my NEW Outlook, there has not once been an ACCESS DENIED error or a SIGN IN request for more than three weeks, but the day before yesterday they suddenly **appeared again.**😒😒
