Access Denied in New Outlook

I am using the New Outlook and when I log in and click on a message and try to view it, I get an access denied message. Yesterday, I was told that I had to log in but I wasn't given that option. Today, I just get an access denied message with no log in recommendation.

I am an Office 365 Home subscriber, using Windows 10. I can get my Outlook messages by loading Outlook through Office 265.

Hello Golfer! Hello! My name is David, and I am an Independent Advisor.

I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem, and I hope I can assist you in finding a satisfactory solution

Outlook stores the mail items in an Outlook data file, i.e., OST or PST, based on your email account type. If you have configured a POP (POP3) email account, the mail items are stored in a Personal Storage Table or PST file (also known as a personal folder). When you start Outlook, it fetches the information stored in the PST file and displays it in Outlook, such as your emails, contacts, attachments, tasks, notes, calendar items, etc. However, if the PST file is damaged or inaccessible, Outlook may fail to read or access the File and display the following error "Access denied". The error is usually reported after a Windows upgrade or major update. However, it may also occur due to the following reasons,

    PST corruption

    Oversize or large PST file

    Damaged Outlook profile

    Virus or malware intrusion

    Faulty or incompatible Add-ins

    Storage drive issues

    Encryption

You can follow the guide below to fix:

Do not hesitate to send a message if you need further assistance

    Regards

I simply went back to the old Outlook which works fine. I'll wait until I no longer have any choice to use the New Outlook again.

With all due respect, but I do need to mail today. I can’t wait after sharing feedback while getting zero reply nor confirmation and just wait. I think we all know how Microsoft Costumer Service works, or better said, not works.
