Access Denied in New Outlook

I am using the New Outlook and when I log in and click on a message and try to view it, I get an access denied message. Yesterday, I was told that I had to log in but I wasn't given that option. Today, I just get an access denied message with no log in recommendation.

I am an Office 365 Home subscriber, using Windows 10. I can get my Outlook messages by loading Outlook through Office 265.

My Outlook (new version) was working fine until yesterday.
Suddendly the Windows got an update and I started getting the "Denied access" message and the account keeps closing.

I just went back to the old version.

This issue is getting on and off for me as well and Microsoft still does not have a permanent solution to this?

It is like new outlook is having some sort of mood swing. Yesterday, it went on smoothly without any issue but today it happened to me many times.

I closed new outlook and signed into old outlook. Once there it triggered an update. I then went back to new outlook and it appears to be working fine now.
