Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Microsoft is a **** joke. We shouldn't be having to deal with problems of this level when we're paying a monthly fee to have storage.

I am using the New Outlook and when I log in and click on a message and try to view it, I get an access denied message. Yesterday, I was told that I had to log in but I wasn't given that option. Today, I just get an access denied message with no log in recommendation.
I am an Office 365 Home subscriber, using Windows 10. I can get my Outlook messages by loading Outlook through Office 265.

Why there access denied??
Hello David_George. Your reply is generic and about as useful as tits on a bull.
I am getting exactly the same error. I think nobody works on that error, it seems that it has been going on for months!
My Outlook (new version) was working fine until yesterday.
Suddendly the Windows got an update and I started getting the "Denied access" message and the account keeps closing.I just went back to the old version.
This is exactly what has happened to me. Have tried suggested fixes with no success although the fixes are a bit complicated for those unfamiliar with PST files etc. Returning to old version, too much aggravation with the new which used to work perfectly. Have already wasted 1 1/2 hours on this already.
