Access Denied in New Outlook

I am using the New Outlook and when I log in and click on a message and try to view it, I get an access denied message. Yesterday, I was told that I had to log in but I wasn't given that option. Today, I just get an access denied message with no log in recommendation.

I am an Office 365 Home subscriber, using Windows 10. I can get my Outlook messages by loading Outlook through Office 265.

    Hi, everyone.

Just make sure you are signed in Microsoft Edge before starting the New Outlook.

    That should resolve the issue.

Thank you so so much for this message, spent a few hours trying to fix this when it broke after the release of the new family safety annoyance. And this seems to have fixed the issue instantly :D

I'm being forced from something that works and has worked well for a long time to something that is broken. Keep getting random Access Denied messages on both my PC and laptop computer. Now attachements are randomly dissappearing in drafts and might or might not be sent! I just wish now I could ditch my Microsoft email account which I'm using for nearly 25 years!

What's the point of redirecting the users to the new app if the new app is totally broken
